Project Budget

Currently in its initial stages, this master plan study analyzes the Devine Street Corridor between Beltline Boulevard and Rosewood Avenue on a number of fronts: identifying catalyst opportunities for development that will stimulate further growth; seeking opportunities to make the corridor more pedestrian friendly and approachable; and developing strategies to turn Gills Creek into an asset for the neighboring areas as well as for the overall community. Quackenbush Architects + Planners recently participated in the public forum workshop to kick-off this transformative project, and will continue to provide insight and guidance as the plan develops.
