Robinson McFadden challenged the design team to address two significant goals with the renovation of their high rise Main Street office: integrate the latest technology tools within all meeting and conference spaces, and increase daylighting and views while working within the existing shell. New wood framed window walls along the central corridors allow a deeper introduction of daylight into the space. A palette of lighter finishes gives the office a more streamlined and contemporary aesthetic while optimizing the daylighting benefits. In both the lobby and main conference room, the architects designed sleek birch wood casework that supports technology and conceals the storage of supplies. Lighting, ceilings, carpet, and wallcovering were replaced throughout the renovation area.
