This 850-car garage, developed for the City of Columbia, serves its neighbors, the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center and the Hilton Garden Hotel, with convenient parking in the growing Vista district. Its image responds to the character of the Vista in general and the Convention Center in particular.

The efficient rhythm of the garage’s structural bays organizes the design, combining brick-colored precast concrete with an aluminum frame screening system. Retail space lines Lincoln Street facing the Convention Center, while glass stair and elevator towers mark key corners for visibility and access. The garage also connects directly to the hotel’s first level to support seamless visitor circulation. Quackenbush Architects + Planners serves as Design Architect, working with the LPA Group of Columbia as Architect of Record.
