Academic & Student Services Building
Central Carolina Technical College
Sumter, SC
Completed
2025
The Academic and Student Services Building serves as a gateway to Central Carolina Technical College’s main campus, joining academic classrooms and labs with administrative offices to create a centralized community hub directly adjacent to the new greenspace at the heart of campus. Students meet with advisors, register for classes, pay tuition, and access any student services office in a single, easy-to-navigate location.
The building includes flexible study and social spaces throughout: a first-floor multipurpose room opens directly to the campus greenspace, and an all-glass connecting student lounge on the third floor, filled with daylight and views, joins the two wings.
