Presbyterian College’s apartment housing complex incentivizes student success by rewarding seniors with prime residential amenities. Three buildings define a central quad of green space that organically connects to the center of campus, reinforcing safe pedestrian pathways and the vitality of the campus core.
The complex houses 144 seniors in 36 four-bedroom suites across three buildings, with additional amenities including outdoor verandas, on-site laundry, and dedicated parking.
