This renovation reconfigures an existing faculty office suite on the fifth floor of Fulp Hall into a laboratory suite purpose-built for Tri-County Technical College’s Health Sciences programs. The project transforms underutilized administrative space into active teaching and research environments on the college’s Pendleton campus.

The new configuration includes two interconnected labs, a prep room, chemical storage, and support spaces treated together as a control area for determining maximum quantities of hazardous materials. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are now upgraded to meet current code requirements.
