Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union is establishing a new headquarters in the heart of downtown Columbia, a generational move designed to strengthen the organization’s identity, accommodate future growth, and create new opportunities for community engagement. The project positions the credit union as a visible, active presence in the city’s core.

The ground floor will feature public-facing facilities, including a credit union branch office and a leasable restaurant suite. Upper levels will house office spaces organized around key operational adjacencies, with a mix of private offices and open workstations. A double-height shared lounge and break area will serve as the center of the workplace, supporting informal meetings and day-to-day collaboration.
